<p> <a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-4-0__V47081936_1.gif"></a><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-3-0__V47082372_1.gif"></a></p>
<p><strong>First Impression</strong>- I was very interested to try these shorts as they have a very light feel to them. They did have quite a few logos on them but everything looked to be high quality. Material felt nice and overall looked like they were going to be a great pair of shorts.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280591.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-696" title="P4280591" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280591-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280599.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-700" title="P4280599" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280599-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a></strong></p>
<p><strong>Con<a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-4-0__V47081936_1.gif"></a><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-3-0__V47082372_1.gif"></a><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/FW502-4.jpg"><img class="alignleft" title="stars-4-0__V47081936_" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-4-0__V47081936_1.gif" alt="" width="64" height="12" /></a>struction</strong>-One thing is for sure. These shorts are very well made. There was no loose stitching anywhere on these and they are both double and triple stitched where they need to be. They are made in India. Almost all of the logos are embroidered except the ones on the inner flex panel which I will talk a little bit more about later. Keep in mind these shorts do have a lot of logos on them however the are the competition model so that was to be expected. This pair of shorts has 2 pockets where most just have one. They have your typical pocket that is located on the inside by the waistband but then they also have another pocket on the outside around the the thigh area. I found this helpful as I did not have to undo my shorts is I wanted to put something in a pocket.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280597.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-699" title="P4280597" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280597-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a></strong></p>
<p><strong>Below is a picture of what the normal Premium Fight shorts look like without middle finger logo</strong></p>
<p><strong><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Red_Prem_Inseam_LR.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-720" title="Red_Prem_Inseam_LR" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Red_Prem_Inseam_LR-300x140.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="140" /></a></strong></p>
<p><strong>F<img class="alignleft" title="stars-4-0__V47081936_" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-4-0__V47081936_1.gif" alt="" width="64" height="12" />it-</strong> I<a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/FW502-4.jpg"></a> got a 32 in these which fit around my waist nice and snug. These shorts have an elastic waistband which make them very adjustable. They have your standard hook and loop closure system with a drawstring. Something I really liked is the upgraded drawstring you get in these that does not stick to the Velcro. I do not know how many times I have had drawstrings get caught up in Velcro and either fray or come apart all together so this is a nice touch. These shorts have both an inner and outer stretch panel which is nice plus they have a split seam. However these shorts are very long. They are probably the longest pair I own going past my knees. The material feels very light weight and also durable. It has  Other then the length of these shorts they have an excellent fit.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280596.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-698" title="P4280596" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280596-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280608.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-704" title="P4280608" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280608-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a></strong></p>
<p><strong>Sta<img class="alignleft" title="stars-4-0__V47081936_" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-4-0__V47081936_1.gif" alt="" width="64" height="12" />nd up-</strong> While doing stand up training these shorts worked alright. I liked they way that they felt except for I could feel how long they were and found it sometimes to be distracting. However they offer a great range of motion and I have no problems doing any sort of techniques. They material dried fairly quick and the shorts never felt heavy or weighed down. These shorts did not shift or ride up on my waist and I never had to adjust them. I did not have any issues with the external pocket as I have with some pairs of short were either it comes open or rips. These are shorts I would recommend for stand up whether is be boxing or muay thai.</p>
<p><strong> </strong> <a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280605.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-703" title="P4280605" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280605-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280603.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-702" title="P4280603" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280603-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Gro<img class="alignleft" title="stars-3-0__V47082372_" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-3-0__V47082372_1.gif" alt="" width="64" height="12" />und-</strong> On the ground I am undecided on these shorts. While they provide and excellent rang of motion they bunch up in the legs. I think this is because on me they are so long and with a split seam it just causes them to bunch up. Around my waist though they did not move, stayed very snug and no shifting. Here is another thing about them on the ground. While you have someone in your guard the middle finger that is in the middle of the crotch becomes very visible. While to some this might seem like a cool thing I found that some people did not like it. I would say really only wear these for competition use.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280594.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-697" title="P4280594" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280594-225x300.jpg" alt="" width="225" height="300" /></a></strong></p>
<p><strong>Pros-</strong></p>
<p>*Great Construction</p>
<p>*True to size</p>
<p>*Very Durable</p>
<p><strong>Cons-</strong></p>
<p>*Length</p>
<p>*Middle Finger logo may offend some</p>
<p>*Bunch up while on ground</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280602.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-701" title="P4280602" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/P4280602-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a></strong></p>
<p><strong>Over<img class="alignleft" title="stars-4-0__V47081936_" src="http://mmagearadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/stars-4-0__V47081936_1.gif" alt="" width="64" height="12" />all</strong>- I would say that if you are looking for a longer than average pair of fight shorts that are of great construction then these are for you. Minus the length issue the sizing of these is great and you really can&#8217;t go wrong with primetimes reputation of quality products. The more I used these shorts the more that I liked them. They are on sale right now for $24 which in my opinion is a steal.</p>
