Actual Use- I will go over each one of these products and give you my thoughts on each one.

Power Body Wash- I found this to be an excellent body wash. It lathered up very well, and has small beads in to exfoliate the skin. It has a nice clean scent that is not over powering. I actually only used this after workouts and it did make me feel clean. I would recommend using this product for after the gym use.

Performance Pain Relief Cream- This was by far the product that I was most interested in as I get frequent aches in both my knees and left shoulder. Well I would use this not only after but before workouts as well and it did help. It gives a nice cooling feeling, and my knee over some time actually did feel better. It helped my shoulder some, but I fear that I may have an injury that can not be helped by a cream. Another thing that I did like about it is it does not have a real noticeable odor. I mean there is nothing worse than being at work and smelling like Ben-gay. This is a product that I would definitely recommend getting because after some of those long training sessions there is nothing like getting rid of some of that soreness that comes a long with a great workout.

Therapeutic Muscle Soak- I will be honest. I was a little skeptical of this one not to mention I really did not want to soak in my tub. However if it worked then sitting in a tub after a workout might be worth it. This product comes in a small tub, and the actual crystals are about the size of crushed rock. It dissolves well in the water. The first time that I tried this I had just been on a fairly long run and came home and got ready for the soak. It give off a nice peppermint scent. I soaked in the tub for the appropriate amount of time, and to my surprise the next day I was not as sore as normal after a run of that length. Now I admit that it is hard to gauge that it was this product so I tried it again the following week just to make sure I would not be sore from anything else. Once again did the soak and was not as sore as I thought I should be. I would say give this product a try as for me it did work.

Overall- While this was definitely one of my harder reviews to do, I think that cleanliness is something that often gets over looked by people in this sport. With all of the different types of things you can get from skin contact, these products and Athletic Body Care are something I would take a closer look at. Everything that I tried did exactly what it said it would do. If you get chance or have some extra cash be sure and invest in staying clean and healthy.
