Matt got all of my issues resolved and I ended up with a fantastic guard. I have used it daily now for quite awhile. It is tough offers awesome protection and ended up looking awesome. They had a good initial response and sent me a new impression kit but with no documentation or return shipping label. Since then radio silence. So I don't know where to send the guard. Also the graphics on my bad guard were very poorly done so I had a fail on two counts. If I ever get it I will let you guys know if it actually works. It took nearly 4 months to get and it does not fit. I am now attempting to get it fixed we'll see where that goes.
