		<description>Yeah, I was sent the cardio factor to try out as well. I found them to be decent. One thing I&#039;ve been using lately is called &quot;respiractin&quot;. It&#039;s meant for ppl with allergies and asthma (I have asthma) but even for regular people, the product is meant to clean out your respitory system and if you take it 20min before your workout, it&#039;s supposed to improve your Vo2 max.. 

It&#039;s a lil early to tell (as I&#039;ve only used it for a couple days) but it def. seems promosing. It might be worth looking into for anyone else who struggles with breathing/cardio during their training sessions.</description>
