I found them to be decent. One thing I've been using lately is called "respiractin". It's meant for ppl with allergies and asthma (I have asthma) but even for regular people, the product is meant to clean out your respitory system and if you take it 20min before your workout, it's supposed to improve your Vo2 max.. It's a lil early to tell (as I've only used it for a couple days) but it def. seems promosing.
